Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours.
Wash inside out and use a mesh laundry bag to protect the elastic and straps.
Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as they can break down the spandex.
Lay flat or hang to dry; do not tumble dry, since heat damages the elastane.
Do not iron or dry clean.
Avoid wringing or twisting to preserve stretch and shape.
